Much like many of your Uni friends may do, mice often come into houses in search of food and warmth. But unlike with your human buddies, it’s likely you won’t want to be quite so hospitable to Micky and Minnie.

Signs of a mice problem in your accommodation:

  1. Droppings
  2. Gnaw Marks
  3. Nests
  4. Tracks or Rub Marks
  5. Strange Noises
  6. An Actual Mouse!

Follow the steps below to avoid a mice problem:

  1. Keep your accommodation clean and tidy.
  2. Make sure all food is in sealed containers.
  3. Clean up any spills as soon as they happen.
  4. Report any holes/gaps that mice could come through from outside to resrepairs@hull.ac.uk.

If you think you have a mice problem in your house, please contact resrepairs@hull.ac.uk or thecourtyard@hull.ac.uk.
