Campus Sport will be delivering free yoga all around campus during the exam period so you can relax and have some ‘you’ time. All you need to do is take 30 minutes out of your day and you defintely won’t regret it.

Did you know that yoga helps improve your overall well-being as well as clarity of the mind? It’s definitely what is needed during the stressful time around hand-ins and exams. If you fancy a free yoga session book your place now to have that well-deserved relaxation time:

The sessions will take place on the:

  • Monday 22nd May 12:30 – 1:00pm
    Student Union, Dance Studio
  • Wednesday 31st May 12:30 – 1:00pm
    Library Teaching Room 1
  • Thursday 8th June 12:30 – 1:00pm
    Library Teaching Room 3

No need to bring anything other than yourself and a bottle of water as Campus Sport will provide everything else, however we do recommend to wear loose clothing for each session.
