University Mental Health Day returns on Thursday 2 March and this year it’s all about the link between physical and mental health.

We often talk about the mind and body as two completely separate things but they’re not. The mind can’t function unless your body is working properly – and it works the other way around too.

To get us all thinking about the link between our phyical and mental health, the Campus Sport team are kindly offering all of their activities on this day completely free!
