For those of you spending the Christmas break in University Accommodation, we have a few useful nuggets of information for you in case anything should go wrong or you need to get in touch about a housing issue.

The Accommodation Office will be closed from 12.30pm on Friday 23 December to Tuesday 3 January 2017. This also means that email boxes will not be manned over this time and will be followed up after Tuesday 3 January 2017.

If there is an emergency that cannot wait until this date, please call security on 01482 466868, who will be able to help you.

For non-urgent repairs, please email resrepairs@hull.ac.uk (for Student Houses and Taylor Court) or universityleased@hull.ac.uk (for University Leased Accommodation).

The Courtyard will be open over the Christmas period.

Student houses and Taylor Court will not be cleaned over the Christmas period, as the cleaning office is also closed. So please ensure you do a little bit of extra clearing up to avoid your  home slipping into a merry mess!
