March is the beginning of spring, what a perfect excuse to do some Spring Cleaning and look after the environment at the same time!

The University has teamed up with British Heart Foundation (BHF) for a number of years now and have raised a significant amount of money through your donations.

You will be starting to think about moving out of your current accommodation and either moving to a different house or back home for the summer. This is the perfect time to sort through all those belongings you have acquired over the year!

You can donate any unwanted clothes, shoes, bags, CDs, DVDs, books, kitchenware and small electrical goods to the British Heart Foundation. It’s the perfect opportunity to be both charitable and environmentally friendly.

The British Heart Foundation charity bins are located on the main campus on the Wilberforce side of Taylor Court and on the road at the back of Asylum.

P.S Don’t forget to responsibly dispose of any other leftovers you may have that can be recycled by using your big blue Council recycling bins where you can – here’s a reminder of what you can put in.
